Sometimes life gets in the way and you just don’t get the chance to pop to the shop. If you ever find yourself out of bread, try this simple no-yeast recipe. Makes a small loaf.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F) and lightly grease a baking tray.

Mix the dry ingredients.

Make a well and add the oil and water. Mix quickly with your hands until you have a ball.

Place the dough onto the baking tray, roughly in an oblong shape.

Bake for around 25-30 minutes.
