Ingredients

1/2 a head Cauliflower
3 Medium Potatoes
100g Green Beans
1 tsp Ground Cumin
1 tsp Ground Corriander
2 tsps Garlic Puree
1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
1/2 tsp Tumeric
A handful Fresh corriander
2 tbsp Olive Oil

Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F).

Slice the potatoes into wedges for younger babies or smaller pieces for older babies+. Put the potato in a large baking tray.

Chop the cauliflower into chunky florets or small pieces, depending on your babies age and feeding preference. Add the cauliflower to the baking tray.

Add the green beans.

In a dish, mix the olive oil with the garlic and spices.

Tip the dressing over the veg and mix well.

Bake for around 25 minutes, until cooked through. Toss with some finely chopped coriander before serving.
