200g Long Grain or Basmati Rice
400ml Coconut Milk
200ml Water
1/2 Lime

Plain rice can be really difficult for little ones to pick up. Try this sticky rice for a more manageable texture. Perfect with Thai and Indian dishes.

Rinse the rice and add to a large saucepan.

Tip in the coconut milk and the water. Bring to a boil then turn down the heat, covering with a lid.

Cook for around 15 minutes before turning off the heat and leaving to stand for 10 minutes.

Grate in some lime zest before serving.
