1/2 a head Broccoli
1 Carrot
1-2 cloves Garlic
140g Gram Flour
1/2 tsp Curry Powder
1/2 tsp Garam Masala

Finely grate the broccoli and carrot into a mixing bowl.

Squeeze with kitchen paper to remove excess water.

Combine all ingredients along with 1/2 cup cold water and stir (add more or less water until you get a thick batter-like consistency).

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a non-stick frying pan.

Add 1 tbsp of the mixture to the pan and shape into fritter rounds using a spatula. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden & crispy.

Drain on kitchen paper before serving.⁣
