100g Fine Polenta
70ml Milk Any
1 Egg
A handful Grated Cheddar Or df alternative
A pinch Dried Garlic
A pinch Black Pepper

Mash the broccoli and mix with all the other ingredients in a large bowl.

Heat a little oil in a pan.

Once hot, dollop in spoonfuls of the fritter batter.

Lightly fry for 1.5 - 2 mins each side until golden.

Place on kitchen paper to remove any extra oil before serving.
