100g Broccoli Raw
100g Tinned Salmon (boneless and skinless)
3 Eggs
1 heaped tbsp Soft Cheese
1 tsp Dried Parsley
A generous squeeze Lemon

Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).

Whisk the eggs into a mixing bowl.

Grate in the broccoli.

Mix in the soft cheese followed by the other ingredients.

Spoon the mixture into a lightly greased cupcake tin.

Bake for around 20 minutes. Leave to cool completely before removing from the tin.
