Green leafy veg can be tricky for babies to cope with as you need teeth to rip through leaves of kale/spinach/cabbage. Why not whizz them up into a pancake so babies can reap the benefits of greens without needing lots of teeth. You could always serve alongside some fresh leaves for baby to explore.
