2 handfuls Frozen Bluberries

1 tbsp Sunflower Oil

Mix all ingredients together. |

Heat a little oil in a frying pan or crepe pan. |

Pour in the mixture slowly. |

Cook for five minutes on a low heat. |

Gently swirl the top with a spatula to help it cook evenly. |

Pop on a saucepan lid and cook for another 5 minutes. |

Turn off the heat and leave under the lid for another few minutes, until totally 'set'. |

Carefully remove from the pan or flip onto a plate. |
