Ingredients

2 Eggs
100g Self-Raising Flour
2 handfuls Frozen Bluberries
70ml Milk Any
1 tbsp Sunflower Oil
2 tsps Maple Syrup Optional

Breakfast for a giant! Or just a hungry family of course…

Mix all ingredients together.

Heat a little oil in a frying pan or crepe pan.

Pour in the mixture slowly.

Cook for five minutes on a low heat.

Gently swirl the top with a spatula to help it cook evenly.

Pop on a saucepan lid and cook for another 5 minutes.

Turn off the heat and leave under the lid for another few minutes, until totally 'set'.

Carefully remove from the pan or flip onto a plate.

Slice and add honey or syrup for grown ups, if desired.
