Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F). |

Cut the pastry into large half-sandwich-sized triangles. |

Spread with peanut butter. |

Slice the banana into small semi-circles and place the slices at the wide end of each triangle. |

Roll up, starting at the 'banana end', then curve into a crescent. |

Place on a baking tray and brush with a little milk. |
