2 tbsp Peanut Butter
1 tbsp Milk Any

I love the simplicity of this recipe from @eat_with_oscar! This is a real treat for the whole family. Recipe makes around 8 croissants.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).

Cut the pastry into large half-sandwich-sized triangles.

Spread with peanut butter.

Slice the banana into small semi-circles and place the slices at the wide end of each triangle.

Roll up, starting at the 'banana end', then curve into a crescent.

Place on a baking tray and brush with a little milk.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden in colour.
