2 tablespoons Tomato Purée
1 tablespoon Olive Oil
A squeeze Lemon
1/2 a tsp, dried Rosemary
1/2 a tsp, dried Thyme

This Butterbean Pâté is so easy and cheap to make and can be eaten as a spread, rolled into a ball to enjoy on its own or thinned out into a dip. Vegan and allergy friendly too!

Mash the beans in a mixing bowl.
