Ingredients
-
400g Lamb Mince
-
1/4 tsp Garlic
-
1 tsp Oregano
-
1 tablespoon, fresh Mint
-
1 level tsp Cumin
-
1 level tsp Cinnamon
-
2 tablespoons, fresh Coriander
-
1 Egg
Directions
These meatballs are packed with powerful herbs and spices and make a delicious meal for everyone. Prep them during nap time and do the rest later on.
You could serve them with hummus, greek salad and pitta sticks, but a nice alternative for younger babies is butternut squash couscous balls (just the two mixed with a little yoghurt). See which your baby likes best!
