I love the inclusion of avocado in these gluten-free muffins by @_lemon.and.lavender. These can be kept in the fridge for up to 3 days and can also be frozen. Mixture makes enough for 6 large muffins or 12 mini ones.
This dairy free pesto is conveniently lower in salt than normal pesto too, so a good choice for all babies. Stir through pasta or vegetables, add to soups, use as a sauce for white fish and meats…. lots of possibilities!
