600g Chicken Thighsskin off

250g Full Fat Natural Yogurt

1 tbsp Tomato Purée

2 tsps Garlic Puree

1 tsp Ginger Puree

1 tsp Turmeric

2 tsps Garam Masala

1 tsp Smoked Paprika

1 tsp Sunflower Oil

Leaving the skinless chicken thighs aside, mix together all ingredients to make the marinade. |

Place the chicken in a large oven dish and completely cover with the marinade. |

Cover with foil and refrigerate for at least an hour if you can. |

Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F). Make a hole in the foil and bake for 20 minutes. |

Remove the foil, turn the chicken and bake for a further 20 minutes, or until the juices run clear. |
