Ingredients

600g Chicken Thighs skin off
250g Full Fat Natural Yogurt
1 tbsp Tomato Purée
2 tsps Garlic Puree
1 tsp Ginger Puree
1 tsp Turmeric
2 tsps Garam Masala
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
1 tsp Sunflower Oil
  • 1 hour 40 minutes

Try this beautifully soft and fragrant Chicken Tikka… not too spicy for little ones!

Leaving the skinless chicken thighs aside, mix together all ingredients to make the marinade.

Place the chicken in a large oven dish and completely cover with the marinade.

Cover with foil and refrigerate for at least an hour if you can.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (392°F). Make a hole in the foil and bake for 20 minutes.

Remove the foil, turn the chicken and bake for a further 20 minutes, or until the juices run clear.
