200g BLK Butterbean Pate

140g Ready Roll Puff Pastry

To sprinkle Feta CheeseOptional

Directions
I have used Butterbean Pate, one of my very first recipes, as the filling for these delicious pinwheels. Once you have made that you are ready to roll!
Note – the feta is optional and best not included for under ones due to the salt content.

Preheat the oven to 190°C (374°F). |

Spread a thin layer of the Butterbean Pate over the pastry. |

Crumble over a little bit of feta. |

Bake at 190C for 20 mins. |

Roll up tightly and slice into pinwheels using a sharp knife. |

Lay on a non stick baking sheet and brush with olive oil. |

Bake for 20 minutes and enjoy warm or cool. |
