Pre-heat the oven to 190°C (374°F). |

Finely dice the garlic. Halve the cherry tomatoes and chop the broccoli into florets. |

Place the fish into a large baking dish/tray. Surround with the tomatoes and broccoli. |

Sprinkle over the garlic and torn parsley and squeeze over the lemon. |

Roughly chop the butter and scatter over the dish, or drizzle with olive oil. |
