1/2 Haddock Fillet Boneless
3 tbsp Mashed Potato
A handful Peas
A small handful Grated Cheddar Optional
A splash Milk Cows, breast, oat or formula
A pinch Dried Parsley

This is a wonderful recipe for teething or tired little ones; simple flavours, soft and easy to eat. I would use leftover mashed potato or mash that you have previously cooked and frozen.

Done

Heat a little oil in a pan and cook the haddock fillet for a few minutes, until it flakes.

Heat the mashed potato and the peas in the microwave until piping hot.

Add the fish, parsley, cheese and milk to the mashed potato and peas and mash together lightly.

Leave to cool slightly before serving.
