Vegetable Pancake Wraps
This is a great recipe for babies who are a little fussy with vegetables (though always offer vegetables in their original form too!). Spread with soft cheese, guacamole or hummus.
Tortilla Slice
This is an easy but impressive looking dish that is perfect for brunch. Enjoy warm or cold. Leave out the cheese for a dairy free option.
Squidgy Chilli Nuggets (or chilli and sweet potato wedges)
This is a two-in-one recipe! I never cook more than one meal, but sometimes you just need to make a tiny tweak for a dish to be that little bit more baby friendly.
Tiny Fish and Chips
This recipe has much less salt and saturated fat than a take away version but doesn’t skimp on flavour!
Fish Pie Bites
This is an easy way for your baby to eat fish. Just mix, roll and bake! You can freeze the mixture prior to the cooking stage if you need to.
Root Veg Muffins
These savoury muffins are great for snacking on the go as they are far less crumbly than a traditional muffin. You can use sweet potato, parsnip, carrot, swede, squash… any sweet root veg will work! The recipe makes 6 muffins. Eat within a day and freeze any you don’t need.
