Roast Veg Pasta Bake

This is a great texture for babies as it isn’t too slippery! Choose the pasta underneath the top layer for babies with fewer teeth as it will be much softer.

Super Quick Salmon and Pea Pasta

This is the recipe you need for days that just don’t work out! I recommend using tinned salmon rather than smoked for babies due to the salt content of smoked salmon.

Greek Chicken Tray Bake

I love the flavours and richness of Greek cooking. This recipe is perfect for prepping ahead of time and shoving in the oven when needed.

Classic Guacamole

Avocados are a wonder food for babies however they are served, but guacamole has to be my favourite way of eating it. Serve with any of my Mexican inspired dishes or just as a dip.

Lettuce Pesto

A low-salt pesto with plenty of fresh greens. Use as a dip, on pasta, fish or meat.

Tuna and Flageolet Bean Salad

This is a delicious old family recipe. Leave as it is for older babies or mash slightly and roll into a ball for babies with a ‘fist’ grasp. Serve with fresh bread for a perfect sunny-day lunch!

Very Easy Vegetable Lasagne

Whilst this isn’t the most authentic of lasagne recipes, it is definitely one of the quickest and doesn’t compromise on flavour. The best bit is that there is only one dish to wash up at the end! Recipe serves at least two adults and two children.

Spanish ‘Pincer Grip’ Breakfast

A Baby Led cooked breakfast option. Great for practising pincer grip from around 8 months and up. This recipe also makes a tasty supper dish. Recipe serves 2 adults and two little ones.
