This versatile recipe can be served with rice, potato wedges or in wraps with guacamole and grated cheese. This dish is simple and easy to eat, but full of goodness and flavour. The recipe makes enough for the whole family, so just scale down as needed.
This is a really simple curry. Add cooked prawns, chicken or tofu for protein or serve as it is. Don’t worry about the sauce being too runny for baby- the vegetables will be beautifully soft for easy self feeding and the sauce can be spooned over rice or noodles.
This chuck-it-in-the-slow-cooker recipe contains 7 different kinds of veg! It’s worth noting that it makes double the amount that my usual recipes do, so you should have enough for at least two meals for your whole family.
I love this recipe by @babyledweaningandbeyond. The salmon is so soft and juicy and the whole meal is colourful and bold with flavour. Chilli is fine to add to meals, just keep it mild and only add a pinch for warmth. This recipe is for a family of four.
