Super Quick Salmon and Pea Pasta

This is the recipe you need for days that just don’t work out! I recommend using tinned salmon rather than smoked for babies due to the salt content of smoked salmon.

Chicken Soup

Nourishing chicken soup for fighting colds, soothing teeth and warming tummies. To serve to under ones, you can pull out the different ingredients and place on the highchair tray, and then soak bread in the liquid for them. You can also blend the soup if you prefer a smooth texture.

Mushroom Stroganoff

This classic vegetarian dish ticks all the boxes – it’s cheap, quick, easy to cook and delicious! Serve with pasta, potatoes or rice and some green beans or broccoli. Note – whilst this is not traditionally a dairy free dish, I have made this with an oat based ‘cream alternative’ many times and it works […]

Greek Chicken Tray Bake

I love the flavours and richness of Greek cooking. This recipe is perfect for prepping ahead of time and shoving in the oven when needed.

Tzatziki

This is a fresh and cooling dip that is perfect for teething babies. Serve with toast or pitta or with dishes such as my Lamb Kofta, Falafel or Courgette Fritters.

White Fish and Prawn Paella

This is a real family favourite! Traditional paellas can be a bit salty, so I have created a low salt version that still keeps all those wonderful Spanish flavours.

Lemon Whip

A zesty and low sugar choice for pudding that the whole family will love. For older children and adults try crushing ginger biscuits over the top – so good!

Crispy Courgette Fritters

Served as they are, these crisp and fresh fritters make a delicious lunch for Baby. Alternatively add fresh tomato sauce and pasta to make a meal for the whole family.

Pea and Bean Soup

Baby Led Weaning doesn’t have to mean you can’t offer smoother textures – we think it’s good for babies to experience as many tastes and textures as possible.
