120g Greek Yogurt
1/3 tsp Dried Garlic
1/2 tsp Dried Dill Or substitute for oregano
1/3 Lemon

This is a fresh and cooling dip that is perfect for teething babies. Serve with toast or pitta or with dishes such as my Lamb Kofta, Falafel or Courgette Fritters.

Finely chop the cucumber. Squeeze with kitchen paper to remove some of the water.

Spoon the yogurt into a bowl and add the cucumber, dill (or oregano), lemon juice and garlic powder. Mix well and serve or refrigerate.
