Spanish ‘Pincer Grip’ Breakfast

A Baby Led cooked breakfast option. Great for practising pincer grip from around 8 months and up. This recipe also makes a tasty supper dish. Recipe serves 2 adults and two little ones.

Lime and Chilli Salmon

I love this recipe by @babyledweaningandbeyond. The salmon is so soft and juicy and the whole meal is colourful and bold with flavour. Chilli is fine to add to meals, just keep it mild and only add a pinch for warmth. This recipe is for a family of four.

Fish Balti

This is a great recipe for cooking in a hurry, especially when served with instant rice and some naan. If you have more time, try making my cauliflower pakoras as an accompaniment.
