1 tsp Sunflower Oil
50ml Coconut Milk Drink

A fruity twist on my porridge loaf recipe. Ideal for breakfast or a toddler’s snack. Recipe makes 6-8 slices.

Preheat the oven to 190°C (374°F).

Mash the banana and add the mango puree, the oats and the milk.

Line a standard loaf tin, or small baking tray, and pour in the mixture. Bake for around 30 mins then leave to cool before slicing.
