Dairy Free American Style Pancakes

I frequently get asked for dairy free recipes. I developed this fool-proof pancake recipe for my own daughter, who was allergic to cows milk when she was younger. Serve with cooked berries or try my Spiced Banana recipe.

Crispy Courgette Fritters

Served as they are, these crisp and fresh fritters make a delicious lunch for Baby. Alternatively add fresh tomato sauce and pasta to make a meal for the whole family.

Green Eggs Quiche

This Dr Zeus inspired dish was made in honour of World Book Day, but I liked the recipe so much I have added it to the collection! Serve with or without ham.

Spanish ‘Pincer Grip’ Breakfast

A Baby Led cooked breakfast option. Great for practising pincer grip from around 8 months and up. This recipe also makes a tasty supper dish. Recipe serves 2 adults and two little ones.

Raspberry And Coconut Celebration Cake

When I think of birthday cake I think of big, fluffy sponge cake with lots of pretty frosting. I was determined to create a cake for my daughter’s first birthday that met this criteria but that was also dairy free and not crammed with sugar. This is the recipe for that cake. It is super […]

Ginger and Apple Bread

A softer and lower sugar alternative to traditional gingerbread. Perfect at Christmas (or at any other time of the year!). Hope your own little Hansel or Gretel doesn’t leave a trail of crumbs for you to follow…!

Cherry Bakewell Breakfast Slice

This recipe features the classic combination of cherry and almond. It’s perfect for quickly making the night before, ready for breakfast the next day. These aren’t too messy so great for wrapping up and taking out with you too.

Red Pepper and Tomato Slice

These hold together very well and can easily be included as part of a packed lunch. Alternatively, serve for dinner alongside homemade potato wedges and some greens.

Cottage Loaf

A mash-up of British classic Cottage Pie and American Meatloaf that is perfect for little hands. This recipe makes a large loaf, but it freezes really well if needed. You could do a ‘shepherds’ version by switching to lamb mince and adding mint too.

Thai Style Prawncakes

I always encourage whole family meals that everyone can enjoy, and there is no need to compromise on flavour in order to make foods suitable for your baby. These prawncakes are packed with delicious Thai flavours. Recipe makes 12 prawncakes.
