A handful Blueberries, blackberries, raspberries
50ml Milk Your baby's usual milk
50g Ground Almonds
150g Semolina
180g Ready Roll Puff Pastry

This is a great recipe for using up the tail end of the Ready Roll that you didn’t need, as well as odds and ends of fruit. Feel free to sub any of the fruit ingredients for whatever works for you.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F). Line a baking tray with greasproof paper.

Blend the fruit and the milk until smooth.

Stir in the semolina and ground almonds.

Place the ready roll on the greaseproof paper on the baking tray. Spread over the fruit and semolina mix.

Bake for around 15 minutes, until the edges are golden. leave to cool before slicing.
