100ml Orange Juice
80ml Milk Any
1 Egg
Small handful Dried Cranberries Or substitute for fresh raspberries
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Ground Ginger

These breakfast muffins were originally developed as a festive recipe, but we love them all year round!

Done

Preheat the oven to 190°C (374°F).

Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

Add 6 cupcake cases to a tin and fill with the mixture.

Bake for 12-15 minutes. Serve warm or cool.
