Ingredients

1 large Banana
60g Instant Oats
1 Wheat Biscuit
2 tbsp Peanut Butter
2 tbsp Ground Almonds
2 tbsp Chopped Dates
1/2 tsp Cinnamon

Absolutely no cooking needed for these delicious, anti- crumble bars.

Done

Mash the banana into a bowl.

Mash in the wheat biscuit.

Mix in all other ingredients.

Roll together into a ball.

Line a loaf tin with greaseproof paper.

Press the mixture into the bottom of the tin to around 2cm thickness (don't worry if you don't have enough to stretch all the way across the tin).

Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 4 hours.

Slice and serve!
