There are so many broccoli muffin recipes out there, and I have tried many different combinations myself! But this is my original, and favourite, recipe. They are really fresh tasting, light in texture and much lower in salt than other recipes out there. I hope you like them, too!

Freezing: Freeze on a baking tray, then pop in a freezer bag. Defrost in the fridge overnight.
