Not just for breakfast, crepes make a brilliant dessert. Try serving this recipe with a big dollop of thick yoghurt on the side. Makes around 12 crepes.

Variations: Instead of berry compote, you could try the following: peaches and mascarpone; banana and peanut butter; fresh strawberries and whipped cream; finely chopped mango, kiwi and melon; fresh lemon juice (lots of babies love lemon!). For lunch or breakfast, you could also try this crepe recipe with salmon and cream cheese, grated cheddar and tomatoes, or my Sticky Veggie Chilli (see page 00).
